Mail to MOC Mitaka JR105 (Same configuration with JR205) JR105 takes the place of old JR55 now.
 Many JR55 D0500SDNs were attached to the old Burny Kaliburn's plasuma cutters as our encoders could meet severe environment applications like metal cutting machines. Now JR105 series is avalable to take the place of JR55 series. New RoHS compliant JR105 is made, as it is difficult to get RoHS compliant parts for JR55 series. JR105 series are RoHS compliant and their resolutions can be from 300ppr to 2048ppr now. Its opepertion temperature range is from -20 to + 90 degree C like JR205 series. There is one necessary condition to attach a JR105 D0500SDN onto an old machine. JR55 series were attached onto 19mm long shats. The JR105 series need to be attached onto 29mm long shafts. Therefore, 10mm longer shaft is required. JR55 is not avalable any more. This drawing is only for comparison with JR105. 
Return to Astec Encoder Bracket D is attached to JR55 D0500SDN. Brackt D can be attaced to JR105 also.
Return to Astec Encoder Bracket C with 3 hooks (120ºaprt) is also avalable. The hook center circle (screw hole circle) is Ø46mm.

(2) JR215: High temperature resistant version of JR205.Old JR205 with a brand name of Rotary Jiki Scale used to be sold by Sokki Electronics until early 1990s. (3) JR305: High humidity resistant version of JR205. (4) JR215s: High temperature & humidity resistant version is avalable on special request. (5) JR105: AB signal version of JR205.
